Prices
 
At ABpermaculture.dk all prices are in DKK and stated incl. VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent
Payments
 
ABpermacuture.dk receives payments with, MobilePay (direct sales) and Bank transfer (online sales). Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK. 
 
Delivery
 
Your item will be sent within 2-4 business days after ordering.
We ship to all of Denmark. Shipping prices from DKK 42. Items will be delivered to the delivery address specified when ordering.
We do not deliver abroad and not to Faroe Islands or Greenland.
Your goods are sent with GLS.
 
 
Right of complaint
 
If an item is damaged, you have the right to file a complaint and a new item will be shipped to you free of charge upon the receival of the photo of the damaged item.

Right of withdrawal
 
There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased in our webshop. The notice must be given per e-mail to info@abpermaculture.dk. In the notice, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. 
 
Return
 

You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. Return costs must be borne by you. The item must be returned properly packaged and in the same condition as you received it. You must attach a copy of the order confirmation.

Refund
 
In the case of a refund, please enclose bank information in the form of registration number and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be provided without risk per e-mail or other electronic form as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund.
